I think this is a great initiative! I was wondering if you had put any thought into how you validate what future employees would think of this program? I definitely see value but i think perhaps you would also need to consider a similar "education piece" to generate awareness about the program to prospective employees to prove its comparative value to traditional degrees.
Just wanted to say i think this is such a unique, original idea! I am impressed by the scalability of this idea and how it targets increasing accountability of universities. I think this idea will partner really well with some of the other ideas posted on this problem to really challenge the current pricing models of higher education
I just wanted to say i think this is such a great idea! I am currently completing a Co-op internship where i work at various companies and they help me pay for my university fees and I have to say i have definitely improved all five of NACE's 5 most desirable qualities considerably. I would love to know what comes out of your meetings with Workforce Centre Leaders!
