Incorporating traditional vegetables in food products generates new ways of looking at nutrition and food, but this can only  be achieved 100% if we support financially  small scale farmers  to have capacity to produce and  Support financial inclusion of smallholders and rural people through increased and sustainable access to a variety of financial services – savings, credit, remittances and insurance, etc. – to enable them to invest in productive activities, both agricultural and nonagricultural, and protect themselves against risk.

We very much impressed with your  program its very excellent, we would want to know more  how can we working together on the program of  Innovative food enterprises supply healthy and affordable food: We a small and medium-sized organization in Zambia how can we be assisted in Africa to achieve  sustainable food enterprises that deliver market-based solutions that will trigger innovation and accelerate systemic change .

As Financial services company in Africa  working on Agriculture we very much interested to work and collaborate with  others to promote traditional production of vegetables to promote horticulture farming in Africa our services  Improve access to financial services for both men and women to a range of productive (asset accumulation, working capital) and protective (mitigating risk exposure, including health issues) purposes. This should help smallholders and rural populations in general purchase stock, equipment, and agricultural inputs; maintain infrastructure; contract labour for planting and harvesting; transport goods to markets; make and receive payments; manage peak season incomes to cover expenses in the low season; invest in education, shelter and health; and, deal with emergencies. Insurance can help protect smallholders’ asset base and increase their productivity
