Bettina,
If we wait until they reach 17 or 18, it will be too late to teach the concept of universality or globalization in the business world. Progressive business leaders realize that everything that we do in our small part of the world can have a larger impact, while those that don't are doomed to a short existence. Short-term businesses that yield short-lived successes is not what this effort is about. nor will such businesses solve the problem that we are trying to address in the challenge. There is a disadvantage to creating a business as an answer to an immediate or current problem. Unfortunately this is what I see in many of the proposed ideas -- reactive, rather than proactive solutions and ideas.

I am not familiar with this artist but I will become familiar. I think the concept of multi-channeling ideas is an important one. By the way, my undergraduate degree is in art so I appreciate being able to make the connections and leaps.

Thanks again for the FB page idea and for the advice to generate attention to the page.
