We have many men as volunteers. Our staff positions are also open for men, but sadly we hardly get applications from men :(. However this women's only team becoming a default is a trend in women's rights organizations. We have to find out a way to specially attract men to work with us. Any ideas?
During our first year of operation, we used to visit the nearby colonies and go door to door to promote our program. After the first year, we have not had to do that. The alumni of our program refer us to new students who come on their own. We keep a list of students interested in our program and call them when we are ready to enroll new students.
