I'd love to see you find a way to connect with the HR community - they are the usual resume gatekeepers - if you could get them acclimated to and then excited about this concept, then they could help promote it and help it gain wide acceptance. Perhaps a place to begin would be to seek out recruiters who work within companies that have identified creativity as a Core Value. This concept would provide a great way for such companies to show that they are walking the walk when it comes to embracing creativity as a core value, and that they really are seeking employees who embody that value.
