There is no specific priority in selecting any particular country; it depends on potential partnership with local organization in that country. African countries and South Asian countries are our natural priority where we think this product will make greater impact.
We do have plan to come up with an economy version. But you suggested an interesting concept about 'shared' backpacks. We can give that a try.
Low cost community schools like BRAC schools can be a good option. Online-based education would be costly and difficult to manage at this time. But during the rehabilitation stage, small permanent schools can be set up. Hiring good local teachers (preferably the school teachers among Rohinga community) and provide creative learning materials for joyful learning for children should be the priority.
