Brian commented on Geotagging Ebola Incidents - Track the Spread

I do not think thats an issue here. Most Smartphones have A-GPS chips, which gives accurate up to 1m. So even of the level of accuracy for the dataset was at 10m a huge amount of information could be collected on.

The Challenge I see with this is that smartphone penetration is 3%. So the question is to ask, would this produce an heat map representative of the population.

Grant... Have a look at a process called Trilateration, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trilateration. This is the process GPS uses with precise timing to determine your location. Cell Towers in the region can be used to position phones with the correct SMS command. That would improve your data collection.

Got to say this is well done! Applauded ...I have a question for you, how are chilling the packs in the field? There is going to be a lot of them needed to keep people cool. Just trying to understand the impact this has on Logistic channels

Did a quick update to make it more readable and to make mention on the risk of infection from taking on and off the suit.
