I am Italian and I have been working in the field of development and cooperation since 2006, just after business school. I work in two main field of action: economic development and livelihoods and women’s rights. I managed programmes of microcredit, financial literacy, saving schemes and vocational training, in Brazil, Mozambique and Madagascar. I worked in India fighting against GBV on girl children from 0 to 15 y.o.: selective abortions, female infanticides and early marriage and from a NGO HQ, providing shelter, psychosocial services and vocational training to women victims of violence.
Hi Kathleen. yes! I am very interested in beekeeping! I know that in Uganda, Kenya etc. there a loto of programs about it, but for the moment almost nothing in Burundi. And it is such an important issue! Thank you!
Hi Morgan, I like your idea, a person's childhood determines which kind of grown-up this person will be. I would like to know if you take into consideration gender in your project. For exemple, mothers are less likley to be able to read to their children, this could lead to an even bigger marginalisation of daughters. And what about the electricity needed to power the reading devices? Is it easly available?
