Jean-Marc Mercy  Thanks for your feedback! I will do it .Please Let me know when I will need to share this story !

Dear Jean-Marc Mercy  ,
Thank you very much for your attention !
Since the beginning of February 2017 we began to implement the idea ,
Solidariedade na Mokili invited individuals and small groups of women's associations to participate in training courses on microenterprise development and business management. We have worked with community leaders and associations to select at least 500 participants, based on the feasibility of their business ideas and their ability to implement them .During 30 days of training, participants learned about entrepreneurship, business finance, management skills, and microfinance. As a mentionned that I would like to improve the performance of smallholder farming system because we are focus only to work with rural people because most of them have as profession in the agriculture sector , Africa’s population is expected to double from 1.26 billion today to over two and half billion by 2050. At the same time, land degradation, loss of biodiversity and the effects of climate change pose increasing challenges to the continent’s agriculture sector, particularly smallholder farmers . In order to tackle these challenges and to provide pratical solutions by adopting more sustainable farming practices , we want to create platform for farmers , a part of the solution focused on innovation technology for the sustainable provision for policy dialogue and capacity building in the major multi-lateral funding organisations and key stakeholders .We are partnering with Ibbyl Congo Paradise INC , B&L GLobal corporation and currently we are in negociations with American Government and Private financial institutions to linked small farmers with possible funders.
Our training curriculum to empower women in DRC is to develop business plan , description of the business; studies of the product or service , market study and feasibility analysis and also implementation strategy (e.g., marketing strategy, budget figures, and dates); a financial plan, including profit and loss, balance sheet, analysis of business ratios, and cash flow forecasts.

Thanks you Dear Ashley Tillman  for your attention ! Our programs are part of an associative project allowing vulnerable women to highlight initiatives of the creation of activities generating sustainable income that gives them hope, by restoring a certain level of normalcy in their daily lives and by improving their future prospects for themselves and their families. Women benefit from training in project planning and management to ensure the success of their small business. Each woman is awarded an annual grant.I have learn that we need innovative strategies based on the principles of the sustainable Entrepreneurship to secure the sustainability of our project because we are working with vulnerable women ,most of them don't have any guarranty to continuation of these project after gaining the annual grant and also I want to expand this project to others provinces of Democratic Republic of the Congo and Africa . I'm dreaming to develop and to improve a harmonious and secure development of the microfinance sector including the structuring to support the sustainability of financial services accessible to the greatest number
