Hi Isaac Jumba , great question. We started with our existing clients as Apple and Google blocked all COVID related public apps as you might have heard. That is why we are only allowed to enable the solution for updating our existing solution as cliexa front-end is an iOS/Android native form. We can still partner with a health organization and post a free app, though.
With the outcomes, here is the amazing part. The existing client we have, beginning of March was getting a hit for 80% decline in patient visits because of social distancing initiative. When we enabled the remote-check in, in the beginning of March, they closed March numbers along with telehealth, with 20% increase in patients seen, compared to average in 2019, which is amazing. Not to mention, they also identify COVID risk along with their chronic condition to further advise in their condition remotely. Hope that answers your question and appreciate your comment.
