I interviewed an HR leader and received some interesting feedback on my idea. Wanted to share is it might help others:
1. Offer integrations with other human resource information systems (HRIS) to reduce the administrative burden. Most HR organizations don't have time to manually input information for every new hire. This is important because most HR technologies don't offer integration.
2. If it's only a phone app, it might only succeed at a company that is okay with employees using their phones during work hours. Then there's a security component given all the employee data on the employees' (likely personal) phones. Perhaps it would be better suited as a webpage/digital platform and then an optional app.
Good idea, Ravish Majithia ! Monetary benefits could definitely be a good incentive for employees. However, I wonder if paying people to express gratitude would make it less authentic. What do you think? I feel like there's a fine line here.
