Thank you for your feedback, Isaac. Yes, I agree with you that giving them a platform to channel their voices can make employees happy. I came across several companies that give their employees opportunity to get up to a certain amount of donations matched by the company to be given to a charity of their choice. This can make a more fulfilling benefit for employees. At first, I thought I might implement this initiative as employee benefits. But then again, it might not be appealing to every employee. As for the unfairness. The designs of the UI and UX of this application will be simple designs, so it will be easy for non-tech-savvy employees to learn. However, I admit that it can be an obstacle. It is hard to determine someone's true intention. And I think hollow compliments should never be counted as much as genuine ones. However, when someone gives you even just a hollow compliments, it can also mean that you are being recognised or acknowledged. Complements from higherups, such as CEO to a low level of employees is an unusual and unexpected breath of fresh air for most. But if I can create a bridge to connect them, even just for the higherups to give hollow compliments. It can make someone's day a little brighter.
Thanks for your feedback Rabia. I'm glad you're interested in this idea. You have an excellent idea! I will take it into account. With other employees and manager also posting about it, employees will feel valued even further. Thank you for your brilliant idea Rabia.
Thank you for the feedback Emi. I agree with you that this app can become a tool or like what you said a bridge between higherups and their employees. Blog-a-Thon is my first idea for the name of this app, however, I'm still trying to come up with a catchier name.
