It is not one size fits all...they have five different languages of expressing...

Hi Guys, Reach out to Paul White. He has already done extensive research on this subject and has a developed test to identify people language of appreciation. Below is the link to his book and to his website. He calls it languages of appreciation but it is the same thing. He has what we calls his MBA Motivating by application survey which you can take for I think 10USD. Good luck and let me know if I can help. Dear Anna Lee, If you have not already you may want to check out Gary Chapman( Author 5 love languages) and Paul White's book "The Five Languages of Appreciation". they converted the love languages for the workplace and may be a very good jumping off point. The have created a test you can take to determine your language. You may be able to partner with them. Best Chris
