I’m at a conference and I don’t have time till late tonight. I am so sorry because I could if I had more time. The question about how it can be applied at companies sounds like an easy question but I think it requires some input from others or a conversation.
Jill, Thanks for your feedback. I apologize but I'm not familiar how all of this works ...as it were I'm pretty much a newbie. So, I don't know what TI;DR means. If you could explain or point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
However, what I do know is this...there is a framework for creating gratitude in the workplace but, it's not easy to explain in writing; it's just the nature of the beast. So, this was my best attempt to do so quickly (before the deadline).
And, as for promotion of a service...this challenge falls in direct line with what I do for a living. Does that disqualify me? If it does just let me know and I'll stop sharing. However, as per what I read, the challenge asked for innovative ideas that work and well... it works if you follow the framework correctly. I only mention my website so people can listen to the podcasts because, the podcasts explain the framework and how to use it in a much better way than just writing alone.
