Given the similarity of our projects, we would love to learn from your experience! Would you be able to answer a few questions, based off some of our concerns for our own project's design?
- Do users of the program have the option to have multiple to-go boxes in their possession at once? For example, if I wanted to grab meals to-go for myself and a few friends, would I need to register for additional accounts? If so, is there a limit on the number of boxes that an individual can have in their possession at a given time?
-Have you had any problems with containers going missing or being damaged or stolen? If so, how do you deal with this?
- Given dirty to-go containers' tendency to grow mold and emit unpleasant smells, have you established a protocol for how frequently containers need to be picked up? Under the section on the Corporate Program, you describe servicing the collection stations "once or twice a week." Have there been any issues with week-old food in those locations?
-Are individuals without smartphones eligible to participate in your program?
