Feedback is gathered at different stages firstly formative assessment is conducted using pre/ post evaluation tools like, parent’s satisfaction survey forms, students feedback sheets to improve content and program design secondly during implementation program team interact with parents and community and teachers in community meetings and ongoing class room visits,Thirdly, through the medium of radio, the approach reaches a shadow audience of community members, whose understanding of their children’s education is enhanced, enabling them to give feedback and engage in a dialogue through outreach programs .This feedback is used for continuous program implementation and content enhancement.

a. POWER99 Foundation is an established locally based organization which has previously received donor funding curious if they are considering anything specific for this program?
Yes, we are considering funding for implementation and content enrichment. The content first aired on radio can later be monetized by making it available through online platforms (spotigy,itunes, or other country specific apps), advertisements and brand integration for the content

a. How would you provide radios to areas that are amidst immediate conflict or disaster?
In war/conflict zone area we work with potential local partners/relief organizations, volunteers and mobilizers from the community that have access to that area for delivery of radio sets.
b. How would you go about determining the education and learning needs of a community so that you could modify content to be more contextually relevant?”
The content has been developed by a group of local experts including curriculum experts, story writers, scriptwriters and teachers from both urban and rural primary schools who collaboratively develop the story ideas that is Community based incorporating linguistic, cognitive, emotional contexts to ensure social and cultural relevance.
c. How will you ensure regular attendance & that girls are included?
To address root causes of gender inequality in education,the program helps overcome social barriers that persist by using different strategies
i. Attendance record collected in baseline study is tracked during continuous visits through class room observation forms and community meetings
ii.By Including relevant content on issues related to gender inequities and low levels of knowledge of child development. In broadcast Two main radio characters of the program Amina(teacher) and Gul (student) with local and cultural traits and activities facilitate teachers and students especially girls by making learning as tangible and relevant as possible to them.
iv. Communities are engaged in the importance of education, particularly for girls, through extensive outreach activities on radio and social media.
