For early stage workshop planning, we work with a simple GLDS cycle -which is just Give, Listen, Do, Share. We divide the entire workshop into these mini-cycles.
We make sure that we: Give: talk the workshop participants through the process we are talking them through Listen: this represents the space we give them to listen and understand the information we are giving Do: now it's time to complete the activity Share: now it's time for the participants to feedback and share their insights on the activity
