This is a joint effort from different institutions coming together. For instance, the Fumaça Community Network is running since 2015, and the Instituto Bem Estar Brasil has been organizing community ISPs since 2010. Now we working together under the Cooperative's umbrella, I don't know how this plays under the criteria, but I certainly have been working in the sector for more than one year.
We believe we can do at least one installation a month in the first year, and more in two following years thanks to the scalability plan. So we think we can have 12 communities in the first year, 30 in the end of second year, and about 50 after 3 years. Of course, as the model is replicated in other regions of Brazil and other countries, more people will profit from it.
