Hi Andrea! Thanks for leaving a comment here! I picture this becoming a real life idea; a movement of some sort, that is ultimately carried out by the students themselves. In its essence, I imagine it leading to a shift in perception of the relationship between an individual and education.
In the more practical sense, this idea of mine could be manifested through a physical kit design that could be dispersed throughout schools of different levels -- a guide of some sort. It could be for the use of the school, professors, as well as the students. It could contain a deck of cards, perhaps, with key questions that could help students think/brainstorm ideas in their research process.
Hi Kate, thanks for your response! From what I read, it seems like Adnrea Zelenak is proposing an idea that is more focused on the moment of transition between higher ed and the market place. With my proposal, I intend on focusing more on shifting the relationship between students and education, from a school-told-me-to-do-so to I-wanted-to mindset, by allowing them to have a certain level of ownership of their ed. I think the key point of this proposal would be that it isn't executed simply at the end of the education, but while getting the education.
