Jonathan commented on Berkeley Paves a Greener Road

Check out what the Dutch have invented. Someone let Berkeley know... it could save costs on laying these types of roads.

Jonathan commented on Harvesting energy from oceanic waves

Neat stuff, I have been following wave energy generation for some time...and I was not expecting this configuration. I think a rendering is needed showing these units arrayed along a break water with a projection of total output.

Jonathan commented on Airborne Wind Turbine

What an interesting point about Vultures, but it makes perfect sense. For this technology and the Makani tech, it would be suited for remote areas, and temporary work camps or even archaeological digs for example.

But I also believe that if I was Mayor of a small to mid size rural community, not totally remote. I would like yo have a few of these devices on hand to quickly deploy to satisfy peak demand, or even top up the towns battery reserves.

Thank you for sharing!
