Joel, thank you for the link... your program is robust and very, very impressive.
We have absolutely thought about the automation process, even had the discussion with our Career Services unit here on campus, but one of the bigger concerns for us, as an Institute built on Humanity-Centered Design learning is the removal of the human element within the Ikigai+ process. As someone who is surrounded by nearly 60 students on any given day due to the live/learn component of the Institute their want for connection, to fail fast and fail forward within a face-to-face interaction and then to collide those purposes together demands that human bandwidth we all I think seek at the end of the day.
In one of our most recent Creative Catalyst labs with Career Services (where the automation conversation has come up) we showed a video ( that talked about 'sensitivity and emotion' as a separator against the rise of automation and though I know you were simply asking about automation for our advising process, we have felt that if we are preparing our students to be the best form of Transdisciplinary, Humanity centered future thinkers and workers - then we should advise them in that same model.
I love what the GLA is and would still relish an opportunity to play with you all if that was something we might work out down the line.
Looking forward to talking more,
Brian (on behalf of Karlos and the rest of the team)

Thanks Kate!!
We are plugging away right now... getting things tightened.. responding and working in shared ideas. Organizing field tests, etc.... thank you for the heads up.

This is EXACTLY what we are talking about and if I am reading this link correctly this is a K-12 perspective which is exactly what we need to collaborate with... starting earlier and earlier is the truest most authentic way to engender this process. As we continue through this refinement phase I am going to seek some ways to bring this into our updates... you are awesome for connecting the dots here. Thank you,
