In a slightly note, can you please tell us where we can incorporate some of your useful suggestions-like our success metrics, how we measure our success?

Deaf Empowerment Society of Kenya commented on Connecting Kenyan Deaf Youth To Formal Employment

Hello Ashley
Thank you for the message
To answer your question:
Q1: No. of Young people are in our program
DESK is serving approximately 3000 Deaf individuals of all ages, most of whom are young Deaf people and backgrounds across the county.
Q2: How do we measure success:
-Number of deaf youth in employment per year
-Observation of Participation level of the young people in our program
-Change in livelihood of young deaf persons
-perodic assessment of Young Deaf people's progress and success in the society
-public awareness of the programmatic activities and a felt "presence" of our program is also a key indicator, reducing stigma
