I am passionate about:
Education of the most vulnerable persons, at the moment am putting priority on Youth with Disabilities, with much emphasis on Girls and Women with Disabilities. I live a Vision of Dignity for Persons with Disabilities.
A little known fact about me is:
Am a Mandela Washington fellow for Young African Leaders 2016, a graduate from Gulu University, formerly the manager for Gulu Women with Disabilities Union. A disability philanthropist, in northern Uganda. I also have some political ties.

Ogwang Allan Nume has a track record of over 14 years in the disability movement in Uganda. Ogwang worked with the Gulu Women with Disabilities Union, and was responsible for overall management of the organization. He signs all donor agreements and contracts, and implements programs for women and girls with disabilities, including programs on gender, health, education, agriculture, economic empowerment, girl-child welfare, and political participation. Ogwang holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Gulu University, with specialization in Urban Issues.
