For 5 years Mujuni Baitani has worked with number of organizations; Political party and Non-Government institutions. His primary areas of practice have been Documentation, Political Relations, Activist, Social Media Marketing, TV and Radio Personality, Research, Projects and Communication Strategy. Currently he is working for Tanzania Bora Initiative, as the Communication Lead. With his expertise he works to see a peaceful and democratic Society which embrace and uphold principles of democracy, accountability, transparency, human rights, civic participation and equality in all forms .
@Tony if you have noticed, our project focuses on bringing on board Youth and their leaders. This will free government information and opportunities for community’s better sharing and equal engagement. There is where accountability and transparency come in.
Thank you Eberhard Osward for the great data input, though we welcome new ideas from you. Supporting formalization in informal sector will go hand to hand with first equipping Youth with the knowledge; increasing awareness on better access to financing and improving access to information. Youth unemployment and empowerment can be understood by gaining insight into the employability of individuals at scale as youth empowerment initiatives can be quantified and best practises learnt and shared.
