Thanks! As for the waiting time issues, I mean sometimes they want to buy guaranteed financial products or have some problems related to their account, and they need to wait in line to chat with a bank teller.
Thanks Kate! As far as I am concerned, some over-fifties wait for bank teller's service since they don't like using ATM, which means actually some of these things can be done on ATM. Because the bankers mention that the common reasons they don't like using ATM are safety things and complicated interface, so I think maybe banks could add an aging-friendly interface version, just add some options of most necessary parts for them on it. Or maybe bankers should tell them how ATM works and teach them how to use it when they do something that can be finished on ATM, so that they will feel comfortable while using ATM next time.
