The idea is to promote through newsletter (image 4 in deliverables), by engaging users with most interesting or unusual stories, and get the innovators to come to the 'Get Inspired' page before going to challenge or brief page. But to address a good point you made - links should also be available on challenge / brief pages. Come to think of it, some kind of menu / side panel could be useful overall, to have access at all times to pages such as brief, evaluation criteria, various assets as well as get inspired.
Great concept! It instantly prompts to action. I'd love to see it executed as a digital form of interaction as well, ie using a tablet instead of paper for people to draw or even record video, it could be automatically uploaded to the platform or used for sharing in a social media campaign.
