I am proud to say that I have completed my Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Communication. I am excited to move to San Francisco in the Fall '16 with my significant other and our beautiful rescue pit bull, Mash (AKA pig!). I love food just as much as I love being outdoors. And last but definitely not least, I love to learn and I love to teach.
What if the restaurant featured "food of the week", openly displayed the fresh ingredients through out the restaurant and then gave customers the option to just sit down and enjoy the featured meal or create something of their own with the ingredients already present? Also, this might open doors for customers to pick only a few ingredients and leaving it to the professional chef to experiment with those ingredients! Just a thought!
