Also lets not forget the major issues GAP faced regarding its treatment of workers in vendor factories and major issues with working conditions etc. - which is perhaps when they started paying attention to the needs of their workers. What I do like about this program is that is takes a holistic approach to life and work efficacy. Its something that any of us, forget garment workers, could use! Learning how to be confident, learning how to manage our money and time and be open about negotiating our goals. Its worked across countries and cultures which also makes its great to pick up insights from.
