The toolkit is for any organization interested in cultivating a culture of gratitude in the workplace, regardless of the current culture. The toolkit has 3 steps, and the first step is to develop a better understanding of the current culture and areas for gratitude growth: 1) Take a culture snapshot (Assess) 2) Paint a brighter picture (Plan) 3) Activate your vision (Train & implement)
To market the toolkit, I imagine we would first highlight how gratitude benefits organizations (e.g., retention, productivity), but also help connect those outcomes to the individual benefits that we all want (e.g., happiness, job satisfaction). I expect we will improve both the toolkit and the toolkit communication plan along the way.
