Hey Isaac, Glad you were able to dig into our business pivot! Since mid-March, we've seen a massive increase in demand for Bright by Text to distribute the latest information from public health departments, school systems, and resources like food pantries and diaper banks. Many of these organizations lack channels to inform families about their services, and despite providing essential resources to their community they struggle to drive awareness and participation. As these services continue to evolve to meet the needs of their communities during this crisis, Bright by Text will continue to be a powerful tool to connect families with available resources and supports.
