Judith commented on Precycling by having "unwrapped" supermarkets

Hi Sarah,
yes I speak German. I am actually living in Berlin :)
I heard and read about the supermarket here. But they are planning for a long time now. I think they won't start with a lean model of the supermarket, but with a really big one.
Tanks for the information, I will check out the one in Vienna as well, I didn't know that there is one :)

Hi Meena,
thanks for your comment! This sounds very interesting. I wonder how the weight of the goods is calculated when You bring your own plastic boxes. Have you ever tried?
I guess dry foods is not as much as a problem. For the first "lean" supermarket this could be a good starting point. But how dealing with goods like milk, etc.

Can you tell me what the pricings of the goods are? Are they cheaper or more expensive than packaged ones?
I am trying to figure out if suppliers would charge more for unpackaged goods (because they have to take goods out of their producion line) or less (because of course you do not need to pay for a packaging).
