Hi David, thanks for responding. When you are doing something good, usually the (not so good) leadership will copy it in the wrong way. That's what the pre-printed postcards were: a faux-pas copy of my acts.
Scaling is difficult but from my team it reached a 150 people. It depends on the budget and how your teams are organized (we worked with ambassadors etc). I don't like chain letters, I think giving the cards as a christmas present was a personal and strong way to deliver the 'assigment'. It could be part of a bigger christmas-present (for every member of the company: please send this to...).
