Thank you for your interest Meena! So cabs/autos drivers already do this (http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/after-autos-cabs-to-have-drivers-details/article4296848.ece). I have mailed the Delhi Transport Authority asking for their feedback. I will update this idea once they reply.

I have contacted both these organisations asking for their feedback/ their help in implementation. The idea still has a question of motivation; will the employers and domestic workers see the benefits of forming such a community? I am waiting for their response and will update this idea accordingly.
