Inadequate coordination of activities undertaken by different stakeholders at regional and district level in relation to malnutrition as well maternal health and capacity of network members to manage and implement interventions should be enhanced.
Do you have the right people in the project team! Always interventions that are planned by a team of people with specific expertise of the relevant issue eg. HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Malnutrition, SRH for specific target groups are more likely to be effective. Create a team that have realistic background and that will easier intervention planning as well as implementation.
Gender relation to proposed interventions. Based on customs and tradition will the married women get support as well permission from their husband to go clinics, or participating in maternal education so we need to give more awareness to family holders(buddy) to ensure smooth operations
