Hi Carley Stewart ! Cool idea, love the idea of sharing thoughts over lunch. I guess we're on quite a similar mission of bringing people together while enjoying great food and discussing the topic of gratitude. To overcome the obstacle of people actually open up, I could imagine that you could add up a gamification feature to it in order to make them feel more comfortable with sharing. Could be a overall challenge // building a platform where gratitude stories can be shared and voted 'best' or something alike. This way employees would have a stronger motivation in participating! Keep it up!
Hi Kenny Tran ! cool idea! I like how the party planning rotates monthly between different departments. In order to kick-off this initiative I think it might be helpful to first find a group of volunteers, regardless of their departments who are likely to function as multipliers. I could imagine that these sort of events could be a great occasion to eliminate silo structures and give people a chance to get to know each other better and thus, help build a stronger workplace culture.
