I think those are good ideas because potentially some advice might be easier to communicate with visual aides or other media. I also think it would be cool if it could find a balance between free and guided. Here's what I mean. Perhaps a form of guidance could be to turn all of the advice seekers questions into their own separate response fields to ensure they get all the answers they're looking for. But if it's free enough, there will be ample opportunity to type in a larger field to provide information that's useful but doesn't necessarily correspond to the question fields. It's kind of like how when a waiter asks me "if I'm doing OK", I say, "Yes" and they leave. But if they ask "if I want some ketchup" then I will realize I want some and will ask for it. Hopefully that vague analogy makes sense and sorry if the suggestion is too early on in the process - I'm new here! Thanks!
