Yes, I definitely support speeding up production of promising treatments that have data to support their safety and efficacy at least in the short term and focusing research on getting an effective vaccine. In the meantime, I highly support using proven treatments such as intravenous fluids and palliative support of Ebola patients to improve their chances of survival.
Thank you, I did see this on the CDC website. A lack of evidence does not mean that the transmission can not occur, only that it has never been studied or found in the studies published thus far. Ebola has not been well-studied, so there is a lot that we do not know.
