Greetings Ralph Roug. I agree with you about Budget Mobile. They are horrible. I have been using their California LifeLine phone plan for over a year now. Only that year I've had many problems. Too many to list. What has topped it off now is that they have turned my phone service off. For no apparent reason. Their customer service department is next to impossible to communicate with. Now I want to switch to another company. I'm sure that most of them are not much better. But I expect phone service. In your comment you said that you knew of some better companies. But you either didn't list the names of them or they were edited out. Do you know of any other companies? That is, which are any better? The one I'll need to switch to must use the same type of network which Budget uses, which is that they use a network compatible with T-Mobile, like T-Mobile or AT&T, with GSM sim cards. I want to be able to use my own phone which is a refurbished T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4, which I love. I have used the phones that Budget supplies for free and they are a joke. But with the Samsung, all I had to do was get a sim card from Budget and install it in my Samsung, and I was in business, much to their dismay.
