The CareMap is a simple but great idea for those who find themselves in a situation where they need to care for someone and feel overwhelmed. I see the CareMap being very helpful, as it gives the carer an overview of the situation and most importantly, it shows who is there to support them as well.
Hi Karjitsinh, Yes, I agree that buying a colleague a gift makes them feel valued and therefore they will appreciate their work environment more. However, I disagree with your statement about Gratitude can only be expressed when someone has put in extra efforts to complete the work. I believe you can still be grateful for your employees/colleagues even when they have only done their day-to-day tasks, that's if they have done it the best way they can. It is as valuable to have someone who can do their job well, as someone who will go above and beyond their responsibilities. When employees feel their job has been valued, they will automatically get inspired to deliver more than expected. As you said, bosses need to become more aware and acknowledge their employees' achievements to boost productivity.
