Very simple. There are jobs and positions within the military that require significantly less physical activity and could be done theoretically by those with disabilities. Of course, this would depend on one's disability but for many positions within the military, there could be one suitable for those with disabilities. Although I was a grunt in the Marine Corps; admin, supply, CIF, etc. could very much fit this bill. There are also branches of the military that are far less physically demanding(Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force). There are endless possibilities with this collaboration among the civilian sector and the military, on top of much-needed character, discipline, and integrity building among the American college applicants today.
