This idea has great potential, and I believe having an appreciative enquiry approach to work embedded in the organisational culture can do wonders for individuals and corporates both. One suggestion could be to focus on how this could be 'sold' to organisations. You need to have a very convincing argument for organisations to believe in the program. I would recommend looking into Simon Sinek, Start with the Why. He has a lot of material on this, and his arguments could help you improve this model.
