Hi Paul, Thanks for your comment, we really appreciate the advice. We agree that early testing of the assumptions is key and are planning to do exactly as you suggest, use existing platform to investigate how collaboration works and test whether engagement with stakeholders is effective. Hi Tom, I think you are exactly right. The key point will be allowing input from others to be constructive and not interfere with individual creativity and development. Luckily we have a head start here, as source control technologies like git have a very good solution to this problem. Platforms like github have a whole range of extra functionality that allow issues to be raised, comments added and update requests (pull requests) to be handled, this may be a good place for us to start.
The key for us is not trying to re-invent the wheel take what works well in one domain and apply it in another.
