I think the international donor organizations can be included as stakeholders if they have projects active in the local areas where a PHMSC is being set up, and we would hope they would be supportive of the PHMSC model since it provides a comprehensive way to help farmers link to markets. Such a center would be a valuable agri-business for any rural community in Rwanda, East Africa and beyond-- each one could focus on a different crop (fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, spices, etc) or even other types of perishable food (such as fish or milk).
