Hi Kate, thanks for your great question. While we have been developing and market-testing our robust solutions over the last several years, we have also been working on the building blocks for scale. There are two major levers for scale - the first is a robust and scalable technology platform. We now have that in Solomon365, which is built on the http://Salesforce.com infrastructure (the largest, best known, and most secure cloud platform in the world). The second is channel partners who have the market distribution channels, client bases, market reputations, and staff resources to help us scale our innovative solution regionally, nationally and even globally. I have been developing key relationships over the last several years with a key initial set of channel partners, who are now well positioned to help us scale our solutions while they build there client relationships and consulting practices in this very important area that is seeing an acceleration of need and urgency (good corporate governance and risk management). We have a market leading channel partner in banking, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit/religious institutions. As we leverage our scaling technology and channel partners, we are also going to accelerate demand creation by targeted campaigns to major influencer/stakeholder groups (e.g., institutional investors, debt rating agencies, Director & Officers insurance underwriters, regulators, etc.), media channels (social media, traditional media, etc.), and industry associations (banking, health care, higher education, CFOs, General Counsels, Corporate Secretaries, etc.). The technology platform we have has almost unlimited scaling capacity. The channel partners will carry a lot of the sales/delivery load. The influencers will help create demand and urgency. Given that this is the only solution of its kind addressing a very major market need/opportunity, if we can create high demand, we have the scaling mechanisms in place to meet the demand as it grows.
