to be perfectly honest with you the application costs was something I hadn't consider.
after all it is hard to put a price tag either to enviroment protection or supporting disadvantage children. However, if Nike adopts this initiation, the impact it has on social benefits (environment, children, etc) and Nike's Corporate Social Responsibility will be beyond measure.
The cost of the project will need to be further simulated and I shall look into this with additional support from the project team (financail modeling, size of project, etc.)

The safety of the project was my concern too.
It is my understanding that any pathogenes will be killed during the re-moulding process, since that will take place at a very high temperature.
Nevertheless, it is something that I'll have to further investigate.
I'll come back to you when I'll have any additional information on this matter.
