Awesome idea! The offline component and liberal access to information seems like a tool of great potential.

Some questions:
1) You mention having launched the project in Haiti where it was considered a success. Have you guys had the opportunity to measure the impact of the work, either short-term or longitudinally? I'm very curious to understand the factors leading to that consideration and the measurable learning benefit.
2) How do you guys go about designing the curricula and content for each refugee setting? I have similar questions surrounding the interface design.
