Thank you @Kate Rushton This project requires a number of stakeholders working together for its success. On the first year, we shall mobilize all the stakeholders involved and cultivate relationships that will be required to make the project a success.
We will create and strengthen linkages between county government officials from both the county executive and assembly and marginalized communities; community elders; key national government organs including security organs and so on. Through establishing and strengthening these linkages, communities will be able to participate in priorities setting.
On the second year we well work to promote formation of structures and systems to support the linkages that we will have formed and strengthened during the first year. We shall assess the best practices we have learned and work to replicate them as well.
On the third year we shall develop a manual and work towards making the model we will have developed self-sustaining, through the support of the county government, national government and citizens themselves. We plan to scale up the model to other conflict-prone counties in Kenya.
