Hi Kate, thanks for your comments. I have asked the other team members to create an account and comment on the idea, so I can tag them as team members. The search function seems not to take in mails, so it is a bit difficult to identify exact users.
I think No-use would be easier for restaurants to implement, but it puts all the effort on the customer, and as such it requires a bit of a radical behaviour change from fast food clients. I agree that some considerations about locally sources renewable, biodegradable materials could be taken into the criteria.
