Hi Johannes,
First of all I would like congratulate you on this great idea you have formulated.
1. I think the pill drop model should also be seen as a contributor to economic activities in our communities as for example it would give employment opportunities to the pill droppers ''motorists''. Therefore car owners who wish to earn a living or extra income using their vehicles would register with this system.
2. This system would have to be linked with health facilities in the country to allow chronic patients to receive their chronic medication from anywhere where they are. Chronic patients may have to give their consents regarding their geographic locations.
3. The pill dropper would need to have a notification system to notify the patient about their next medication refill as well as to notify the issuing health facility about receipt of medication by the relevant patient.
4. This system could be expanded to ensure health facilities use it to book next chronic medication refills as well as an exact number of patients that must visit a particular health facility.
I hope the above suggestions will contribute towards your intended concept.
