Julian Ingabire is currently completing her contract as COO for sustainable Health Enterprises, where she has led an initiative to increase girls school retention through tackling taboo issues such as menstruation, she is in the process of developing an initiative to increase access to quality affordable Early Childhood Education services in rural Africa through a holistic approach. Julian spent the last ten years running operations for startups in East Africa ranging from coffee company to initiatives supporting girls education. Her first professional work involved mobilizing communities living around national parks to ensure preservation of game, she then moved on to the coffee industry where she worked as project manager for a company that aimed at increasing quality and productivity among coffee farmers through training, access to markets and development of projects that would socially impact the communities. She has continued to advocate for girls and women's issues and is currently setting up an organization whose mission will increase access to early child education among poor resource setting .
